AnvilReps End-User License

Licensor and scope

The licensor is Paweł Grzeszczak, address: Kazimierza Pułaskiego 3/33, 05-400 Otwock, Polska, contact: contact@anvilreps.com. This license covers the PWA client and native iOS app; the terms of service govern your account and the service.

You receive a non-exclusive license to install and use AnvilReps on devices you may lawfully use to manage your own training. Ownership of the app, brand and catalog is not transferred. Your own data and content remain yours. iOS Premium features require a valid entitlement under the terms; this base license does not grant paid features without a purchase or another basis for access.

Content and components

Rights to code, branding and supplied materials belong to their creators or licensors. Do not redistribute the app or catalog as your own product or exploit them commercially without appropriate permission, subject to statutory exceptions.

Third-party components retain their own licenses, which take precedence for those components. External videos and content remain subject to their owners’ terms. This license does not authorize copying or distributing YouTube videos.

Support, liability and termination

The operator provides AnvilReps support and handles complaints at contact@anvilreps.com. Liability follows the terms and applicable law; this license does not limit mandatory warranties or consumer rights.

You may stop using the client by uninstalling it. Server account deletion is separate under the terms of service. The operator may terminate the license for material violations after notice and an opportunity to contact them, subject to law.

Additional iOS terms

This agreement is with the operator, not Apple. The iOS license is non-transferable for Apple-branded devices you own or control under Apple usage rules, including permitted Family Sharing and volume purchasing.

Apple is not responsible for AnvilReps support, maintenance, app-related claims or resolving intellectual-property claims; the operator bears applicable duties. If the app fails an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple; Apple may refund the purchase price under its rules. Remaining warranty duties rest with the operator under law.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the iOS terms and may enforce them. You comply with applicable third-party agreements, export restrictions and sanctions, including applicable United States restrictions. These provisions do not replace Apple’s rules applying to downloading the app.
